Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted.

  • Products: Notify us within 14 days of purchase if you identify a fault.

  • Services: Report any issues within 14 days of service completion.

For products installed by Westerly Plumbing Co:

  • If a product is found to be faulty, we will cover the cost of removal and reinstallation.

  • If the issue is due to incorrect installation, we will rectify it at no additional charge

5. Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Products: We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.

  • Other Returns: If a return is accepted for reasons other than fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
